Exhibitor

Exhibitor Badges:

  • Each exhibiting company entitled to free exhibitor badges, determined by booth size.
  • Badges grant access to Exhibition Area and Welcome Reception.
  • Badges include participant name and company name.
  • Collect badges at registration desk onsite during opening hours; not mailed in advance.

Sound Equipment & Music:

  • Sound equipment/music allowed if it doesn't disturb neighboring exhibitors.
  • Position speakers inward to contain sound within booth.
  • Noise level should allow normal conversation within ~3 meters.
  • Live music not permitted.
  • Organizers may stop excessive noise or objectionable music.
  • Respect third-party copyrights; organizers not liable for disputes.

Animals:

  • No animals allowed at the venue.

Build-Up & Dismantling Period:

  • No alcohol consumption or working under influence of substances.
  • Wear necessary personal protective equipment.
  • Prohibited: cutting machines, welding machines, sanders, spray guns.

Children:

  • No one under 18 admitted, including exhibitors' children.

Damage to Building:

  • Exhibitors liable for damage caused during installation, exhibition, and dismantling.
  • No adhesive stickers or fixtures on floors, walls, or pillars.

Disposal of Material:

  • Obligatory to collect and dispose of all material during build-up or dismantling.
  • Exhibitor loses right to claim losses or damages to property left behind.

Fire Regulations:

  • All materials must meet venue's Health & Safety guidelines.
  • Booth material must be non-flammable or treated with fire-retardant chemicals.
  • Storage of flammable substances forbidden; contact organizers for clarification.
