Exhibitor Badges:
- Each exhibiting company entitled to free exhibitor badges, determined by booth size.
- Badges grant access to Exhibition Area and Welcome Reception.
- Badges include participant name and company name.
- Collect badges at registration desk onsite during opening hours; not mailed in advance.
Sound Equipment & Music:
- Sound equipment/music allowed if it doesn't disturb neighboring exhibitors.
- Position speakers inward to contain sound within booth.
- Noise level should allow normal conversation within ~3 meters.
- Live music not permitted.
- Organizers may stop excessive noise or objectionable music.
- Respect third-party copyrights; organizers not liable for disputes.
Animals:
- No animals allowed at the venue.
Build-Up & Dismantling Period:
- No alcohol consumption or working under influence of substances.
- Wear necessary personal protective equipment.
- Prohibited: cutting machines, welding machines, sanders, spray guns.
Children:
- No one under 18 admitted, including exhibitors' children.
Damage to Building:
- Exhibitors liable for damage caused during installation, exhibition, and dismantling.
- No adhesive stickers or fixtures on floors, walls, or pillars.
Disposal of Material:
- Obligatory to collect and dispose of all material during build-up or dismantling.
- Exhibitor loses right to claim losses or damages to property left behind.
Fire Regulations:
- All materials must meet venue's Health & Safety guidelines.
- Booth material must be non-flammable or treated with fire-retardant chemicals.
- Storage of flammable substances forbidden; contact organizers for clarification.
